Kano to katsina (dayi) road rehabilitation

Good day sir /ma, I want to complain about this great federal road that connect kano to katsina. The project started but stopped due to unknown reason. But please this be addressed with immediate effects because of the lives people are losing. 
The motion was sponsored by our Kano north senator barau I jibrin but we don't know where the problem arises.
