The structure of the department, shown below, has two divisions namely;

1. Human Resources Division; and
2. General Services Division.

The department is headed by a Director while the divisions are headed by Deputy Directors. The Human Resources Division handles all the Human capital development while General Service Division is responsible for all the support activities required for effective and efficient service delivery.
